How do I make the reservation?

You can make the reservation through this webpage; you can also send us an email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or you can call us (+39/080.4038128 - Monday to Friday, 11am - 7pm).

To confirm the reservation you will need to send us the signed contract (per email or post) and deposit.


Is complicated the procedure for reservation online?

Not at all!

1) If you choose your journey and the period, then click on "MAKE A RESERVATION"; on the left of the page (below "RESERVATIONS") the system collects your preferences.

2) If you click on "Conclude the reservation", the reservation page will open.

3) After have controlled journey, period and amount, you can write your information in the designated field; afterwards you can click on the box to accept the terms of service, then on "Book now"; to read the terms of service you can click on the writing (right of the box) or "Terms and Conditions" on the page bottom;

4) If you have not created an account on yet, you will complete the account form and receive then an email with your new account details. If you have already an account, you can skip to next step 5.

5) With your account details you can login and review for last time everything, then press again "Book now".

6) At the new page you will conclude the reservation by clicking on "Confirm the booking"; after some minutes you will receive the confirmation email and after a couple of days your contract to sign.


Where can I find the contract form?

You will receive the contract after the reservation per telephone or online.


How do I cancel my booking?

How much of the global price of the tour are cancellation fees?

Until 90 days before departure no penalty; thereafter a percentage of the global price of the tour will be due:

- between 89 and 30 days before arrival: 10% of global price,

- between 29 and 16 days before arrival: 30% of global price,

- between 15 and 5 days before arrival: 70% of global price,

- after 4 days before arrival: 100% of global price.
