Second Day - Walk with a guide through the marvellous alleyways of Conversano, where the coexistence of Lords, Abbesses and Bishops was never easy. See what remains of an important heritage: the Castle, Monastery and Cathedral; the guide will narrate facts and tales related to those places; in the old centre you will have also a light lunch. From here you will move to to the UNESCO site of Alberobello and visit the iconic Trulli, unique cone-roofed houses of Apulia. You will conclude your day travelling to a natural harbour and having a delicious seafood dinner on the terrace restaurant La Colonna, few meters away from the sea, the tower and the abbey.

Third day - Parco delle Dune Costiere is a a wild protected area along the shore line; here you will have a guided excursion by a researcher of Polyxena: you will try to catch, recognize and release butterflies, a real hard Butterfly-Safari! From here you will reach the "White Town" of Ostuni: the small streets give an incredible panoramic view on olive trees, stone walls and the coastline; beneath the Sant'Oronzo column, you will end the day by a dinner based on local ham, cheese and salads. Return to hotel.

Fourth day - Today you will go to Polignano a Mare and have a walk through the old centre, which is perched atop a twenty meters high limestone cliff above the crystal clear sea water; from here you will enjoy one of the most enchanting view in Italy; afterwards you will descent to Lama Monachile for a first impression about the erosion made by temporary water flows; this place is also known as the beach of Polignano: a pleasure to swim there... Afterwards you will drive to Locorotondo to meet Marianna in her family's cellar: your wine experience at Cardone Vini will include a pleasant wine tasting with local tasty food in the vineyard beneath the old centre. Before to return to hotel you will stroll around the beautiful old centre of Locorotondo and have a piece of pizza. Return to hotel.

Fifth day - During the morning you will visit first the weekly market of Noicattaro to have an idea of local seasonal vegetables and fruits, then meet Alberto and his handmade Taralli and Pasta shop; the deep consciousness of Alberto about quality food makes his explanation very interesting: Of course you will also try to produce a couple of Taralli!
